HHC's Care and Support services provide expert support in your own home, helping with daily tasks, personal care, emotional and wellbeing support, and companionship so you can live well in familiar surroundings.
Care & Support at Home
Care at Home gives you or your loved ones the opportunity to receive expert assistance in your own home. Care at Home can be received as little or as often as required – every individual will have their own set of care needs, which makes it important to have full flexibility and choice over the care and support that you receive.
Whether you’d just like weekly care visits, or you require specialist care for a complex medical condition, Care at Home is for people with all types and levels of need. Here are some of the many reasons why Care at Home is so valuable :

24 Hr Care & Support
Home is where we belong and want to be. The thought of having to leave can be particularly distressing. HHC’s 24 hour care and support service means that specialised care and support practitioner(s) can be with you 24 hrs a day, and provide you with bespoke, tailored support to enable you to live well, and in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
We can provide peace of mind to you and your family that someone is there with you as a companion, to enable you to remain where you want to be – in your home.
Our 24 hour care and support services provide you with a personalised service that enables you to stay in your own home and live as you want to live, as opposed to care homes where consideration has to be given to the needs of the many. You can continue with your daily routines just as you like, and if things change we’ll change with you, meaning you have flexibility and choice.
